Aquila Game Reserve Map and Directions:
Follow the N1 highway from Cape Town for approximately 130km. The road will take you pass Paarl, through the Huguenot toll road, passed Worcester, De Doorns and through the Hex River Valley. Approximately 30 km after De Doorns and just passed the road sign indicating “10km to Touws River” , you will get to the R46 turnoff to Ceres. Take the turnoff to the left. Follow the road for approximately 3km. You will find the Aquila Private Game Reserve main entrance on your left hand side.

Self Driveto the Reserve
Follow the scenic N1 out of Cape Town CBD towards Worcester and through the Cape Winelands. Situated under two hours from the CBD, guests will take the R46 Ceres turnoff from the N1 and find the Aquila entrance to the left (about 3km).
Standard Transfer
Aquila offer schedule departure mini-bus transfer services from most CBD hotels to the reserve. This is an economy class option, sharing with 10 guests and offering day and overnight options.
Private Transfer
Enjoy an intimate Luxury Private Transfer that offers a white glove service with air conditioning. This service accommodates from one to 4 people, we pick up from all Cape Town hotels to Aquila Private Game Reserve.
Fly-in
The most romantic fly-in safari option from Cape Town – including luxury private transfers from most CBD hotels and welcome drinks on arrival. With a minimum of two people, the 25 to 50m scenic flight over the Cape Winelands will leave you breathless, by a fixed-wing plane or helicopter.

- Aircraft and vehicles may change due to availability or number of pax.
- Helicopters are operated by Silvercross SX.
- Flights are weather dependant and may be changed to road options should flights be cancelled.
- Standard payment and cancellation terms apply.
- In the unlikely event of a cancellation of a booking, travel insurance must cover our cancellation terms.
